We have a company that is interested in sponsoring some equipment purchases for one of our teams. The equipment would have their name and log placed on it.
Based on this previous post, that seems to be fine: "Sponsorship for Athletics - Logos on Uniforms"
However, my question here is that the team indicated that they would use the equipment until it wore out.
Would there be any other cautions in that case?
It seem like if the sponsor gives one time and then gets potentially multiple years of recognition out of the deal, that they are getting more out of this than their initial sponsorship covers.
Thanks for the help and advice!
