Volunteer Access to RE NXT

For those of you with RE NXT, we haven't received a straight answer. Blackbaud said before we signed up it was possible but I don't see a way: can you give access to volunteer solicitors (i.e. Trustees) and limit what records they have access to and what information they see on those records? For instance, could they be assigned as secondary solicitor to a set of prospects and only see the giving and actions for those prospects?

    Thank you!

While you can fairly easily limit what they can see, limiting who they can see can only be done with constituent codes. There is a security by constituency setting and you would have to have a specific constituency code for all those you wanted your trustees to see. Not the best solution, it would be easier if you could say they could only see who they were assigned to as you mentioned or a static query of constituents.
