As a follow-up to the Altru replacement thread earlier today, does anyone have a recommendation for a ticketing software that integrates easily with Raiser's Edge? We currently use Seat Advisor Box Office (SABO) for our performing arts center, but have been told the support of this software is going away at the end of December. In addition to ticketing (and allowing patrons to select their seats), our wish list contains the following:
Merchandise sales – CD's, book, t-shirts, etc.
Pre-show announcements – such as 'don't forget the how' emails
Post-show surveys – how was your experience?
Remote access- ability to sell tickets remotely and operate other aspects of the box office remotely
Ability to scan tickets as patron enter the auditorium so we know who attended
We tend to have sellouts, so can a wait list be created and easily used?
Any thoughts on alternative ticketing solutions?
