Issues with Emails from EasyMatch

    This is a weird one. At some point in the past few months, we stopped receiving emails from EasyMatch in Emory's Outlook environment. We've worked with them to ensure that they are sending to the right address, and we've been able to receive their emails at non-Emory addresses, but we can't get anything inside. We've done a good deal of tracing and trouble-shooting with internal IT, but no sign of the emails even in spam jail. So before I escalate this internally, I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced something similar with EasyMatch. Thank you.

    Hi, Josh!

     

    Hope you are doing well! I am not familiar with EasyMatch, but you may need to work with Emory IT to add them to the master whitelisted domain list to enable deliverability. I had to do this previously when we implemented iModules at Emory. They were reticent to add new names, because the master list is quite small but you may get a different answer these days.
