    How do you use the workflows within RENXT (or FPM if that makes sense) to ensure that you are creating a seamless process for capturing all gifts and pledges, connecting them to proposals, and ensuring the appropriate metrics feed into the correct reports/dashboards?

    We've found that workflows in NXT are too underpowered to serve as process guide rails in a comprehensive way for this purpose, and that tools for administering workflows are even less developed (eg not being able to edit an active workflow, or assign the same workflow to a constituent again, etc.)

    I must agree with you, Isaac.  We only use workflows to identify first-time gifts and gifts at a certain level to assist with prospecting and stewardship. It's definitely not at the level of sophistication where we really need that tool to work effectively.

    Agreed with Isaac.  We had such high hopes for workflows but it just isn't there yet.   May I ask you, Isaac and Michele, what you do instead?
