Annual Date of Gift Email - Really?

Last year I thought it might be the last time I sent out this annual note.  Nothing has changed in the IRS regs on this topic.  And more and more institutions have stopped worrying about receipt dates other than using received and processed dates.

So, I figured these notes were becoming a bit unnecessary and redundant.

But, I still am receiving emails from folk asking, "Where's your annual date of gift note?"  It feels good to be needed ;-).

So, for your reading pleasure, the annual summary is attached.  It is unchanged in substance from 2020, 2019, and 2018 versions.  However, I did fix some grammar issues this year - but probably not all of those :-).

Perhaps this edition will be the last.  But, perhaps not . . .
