We are a medium size shop, around 30 staff members raising on average 55M annually. Our campaigns have been around 500M.
We are envisioning growth and would like to see what an effective org structure looks like. The main questions are:
Where do you place annual giving?
Is stewardship a standalone function?
How about Board Relations and principal giving?
Where does planned giving and CFR live?
I am looking at this community to learn what works best, Would you be willing to share your organizational charts with me and any piece of advice?
