We are in the process of finalizing our campaign counting report, and a question came up about pledge payments and the CASE guidelines on counting pledge payments from past pledges.
If a donor made a previous commitment (prior to the date we started counting), and that pledge is booked by the business office, do we count the payments made on said pledge in this campaign, given that this campaign is a comprehensive campaign?
Any guidance would be helpful. Thank you!
