    Our career services are wanting to get a corporate sponsor for their virtual corporate partner program. This is what they sent me. They are wanting to know if any of it would consider a donation. This is what they want they are offering.

    Probably not.  Especially in the first grouping which makes it sound like you are providing them will all kinds of marketing and advertising opportunities, each of which would nullify the gift.

    Take a long look at the IRS material on advertising versus sponsorships.  You'll find that in the Downloads Community of aasp.
