Advancement CRM Evaluations

    Hi,

    We are thinking about evaluating our current Advancement CRM.  I am starting to do a gap analysis between RE NXT, Ellucian Advance, Salesforce Advancement Module, and one to two more to compare the functionality of each system.  I am wondering if any of you have gone through this process and are willing to share your results.

    Vassar College just converted from Ellucian Banner Advancement to thankQ CRM.  I'd be happy to talk to you about our process and about thankQ CRM.  Our conversion went well and we are off and running with this new system.  Lots of neat functionality that really allows us to use the CRM as a workspace not just as a database.  The tool has several integrations with MS Word, Gmail and Mailchimp which is giving us enhanced use of the system and will allow us to track more data/communications that we never thought possible.
