I would add a vote of confidence for FormStack for administering electronic forms. I have implemented this solution at a previous employer and works well and has over 40 integration partners.

Good morning!I spoke with Sarah Thomas and others on the call for the Docusign User Group and wanted to ask group/Sarah a question about branding. I felt like this was the appropriate place to ask this question as people who are working on getting this up quickly can hopefully work with the veterans of DocuSign. I am working on branding our emails and the signing page with logos, but I am having some trouble with the sizing of the logo on our signing page. I remember Sarah mentioning in the call that she had done all of your branding for NC State. I was interested in what your signing page or others looks like and if anyone has had the same issues below?
In the DocusSign Spec it shows -Recommended dimensions: 296 x 76 pixels (larger images will be resized).I have added several different sizes including one that it exactly 296 x 76 but it keeps rendering as 148 x 38. I looked at the code(inspect element) on the signing webpage (which I don't have any control over) and it shows a max-width: 148px; and max-height: 38px; Any suggestions or comments appreciated. Thanks,Casey
