Hello all,
What's the best practice ratio of frontline fundraisers to back office/support/operations staff? We are trying to get insight into what needs to happen as we hire more frontline staff (how many ops/support positions are required to help them do their jobs in the most effective way)
Also, What positions are emerging in well-run fundraising shops? (e.g., a dedicated business intelligence/decision science role, a VP of prospect management, etc.)
