Hello Eric,

I hope you are doing well.  We use BB Fundraiser Performance Management (FPM) – the product formerly known as Reeher to assist us in prospect management.  This tool has a number of near real-time viewports that can be added to dashboards to monitor your pipeline activity.

Some examples:

• Ask amount comparison (Y over Y)
• Breaks proposals into bands based on value.  Displays # proposals in each band asked and granted each year.
• Ask amount and Granted amount by month – looks at cumulative proposals for month and cumulative MG resulting from proposals during the same month
• Of course there is no expectation to close the same proposals each month, but with a full pipeline, the granted side should be consistently higher than without a full pipeline.
• Granted status by expected date – granted proposals by date expected
• Longest open proposals – what proposals are stuck in the pipeline without movement?
• Proposal activity by school/unit – breakdown by school/units
• Proposal status by expected date – mapping out future expectations
• Proposal TYPE performance – proposals categorized by purpose/type – how many submitted/declined/granted
• Proposal Yield, less than/more than asks
• Proposal volume by month

Any several others.  These are very useful to our prospect management team to keep the pipeline flowing.  FPM has really allowed us to provide great results with a small team.
